The man, Col. Winston Mayer, began to yell at them, then proceded to disown his son. They later "made up." Only to have the Col. trick Luke and Noah to go on a fisishing trip where he tried to shoot and kill Luke.

Luke was paralzyed and Winston landed in prison.
