@rmm19741 I think a hex code is the number a pokemon is given. Bulbasaur and Missing.no both have the same Hex code (000 or 001) on the pokedex. So, if you catch a missing.no when you go to give it a nick name its icon would be a bulbasaur. I'm pretty sure that's how it works. If you want to know more just look for a site that will give you more info. :D

3907/00 does similar stuff, but seems to be a bit more stable.

Also, try 3906/42. Go to the same location as shown in my video, but read the book on the table.

It's a thing with the Memory Viewer in an emulator. It's a number you put into the memory to change the way the game behaves.
