Extremo and Hong10 voted for K-D. Lilou, Ivan, Storm voted Lil Ceng. I felt it was a tie 1st Lil Ceng, 2nd KD, 3rd Tie. KD didnt kill go harder. Lilou is a swing vote.
BC 1 was a little harder to win from 2004-2008, instead from 2009-2010. Before the first round battles were were 3 rounds which means more chances for mistakes and more chance for your opponent to win the judges vote. If there was still 3 rounds in the first round battles in '09 and '10, I bet it would've had different winners.

in my opinion Lil ceng was more all rounded. Kid David didnt show any power and only very basic freezes. He also repeated his freeze slide thing. Kid David showed so much more of a complete representation of the dance. Musicality, creativity, technique, variety and composition. Ceng only beat him on power move technique. It's a dance! I respect the hours of hard work put in by both, but Kid David really represented and expressed the music and dance fully here.
power moves are dope(as long as there are different variations) but are to much of a crowd pleaser in my opinion. wish Kid David could of finished his first set.. maybe the judging would of been different.

Kid David ran out of moves in the first round.
Well not really but he gave that impression out because he was either jittery or he was holding back. Too bad for him, he's a much better Bboy and definitely a lot fresher.
From the judges perspective Lil Ceng had a lot more character. Which won the vote for Ivan.

some of the judging is suspect. these guys are all former rivals & they vote on past emotion rather than who the actually deserved to win it.

kid david is the better stylist & overall much purer bboy, but lil ceng's power move combos, especially that first set gave him the win. difficult to judge. could have gone either way. i prefer kid david, i could see how some of the judges gave it to lil ceng.

in my opinion Lil ceng was more all rounded. Kid David didnt show any power and only very basic freezes. He also repeated his freeze slide thing. Although Kid David's downrock was more in depth than Lil Ceng's, its not enough to cover the level of power and freezes by its own. It sucks we cant hear the real music, it would be better to judge, but from what I see now the judges made a good decision.

Kid David showed so much more of a complete representation of the dance. Musicality, creativity, technique, variety and composition. Ceng only beat him on power move technique. It's a dance! I respect the hours of hard work put in by both, but Kid David really represented and expressed the music and dance fully here.
