Neuter those adults who are dependent on foreign aid.

Save the kids, neuter them as well.

This is terrible...I'm trying to feel bad for them really. But then remember how white people are being killed in South Africa especially farmers. And not just killed but tortured. I had family members that went threw it, because they are white.
