Supercell is the name of the "group" of artists (both musical and visual) that does these songs/animations. But the guy that actually does all of the -music- is the leader, named Ryo. As for members, they change periodicly, the only one that you can count on being consistently there is Ryo, himself.

This I already know. Huke actually drew BRS before the song. Ryo was actually inspired by Huke's work and Huke later edited the original BRS to fit the fact that Miku was singing the song.
