Some companies pay youtube to use automated software, wich wherever it finds the audio it is looking for, it mutes the video. Check Copyright Notices, it's somewhere in there.

The song is I'm not driving anymore (instrumental version). Rob Dougan has done both lyrical and instrumental versions of some of his songs (may i recommend furious angels instrumental too, thats good ^_^)
