@Insideviewanimator I've had tinnitus for over a decade, got it when I was 20 and now Im 33. It's only in my left ear. I'm pretty sure I got it from exposure to loud noise at raves and dance clubs. I don't even notice it and it does not effect my life at all. My advice would be: just go on with your life as normal, even if you have to force yourself. Soon, "habituation" will occur, and you won't even notice it.

I have been under an extreme amount of stress lately and I felt as though my brain were rubbed up again a cheese grater, it was raw and dead in pieces, flecking in its edges. I am listening to this now and I feel it healing. I am healing my mind. I can study more in peace. I can just be present here and heal.
