I think it's fare enough if you use ghost as long as you keep moving as staying still really defeats the object of using it, as people will know your position based on the kill cam. And why use a silencer its no good if you stay to one area, if you want one just pick them up an move. I use ghost without a silencer so as to bring the enemy to me on the move and when shooting at range an pick up a silencer when in close quarters annihilating enemy team, I take advantages when they are necessary.
