@SHABAZZ718 Don't know who it is but I doubt it's Ninjaman - it's about an octave lower, and even if the sample was slowed right down Ninja doesn't use that gravelly style (unlike Bounty, Buju, Capleton, Shabba, Sizzla, etc.)

I wouldn't be surprised if it was Mad Lion - check out Shoot to Kill and Take it Easy.
