@wimmywoo It kinda was. But even if I had said what you thought I said, it couldn't be the stupidest thing you've ever heard. Have you listened to those teabaggers?
As long as it doesn't hurt another human being.. I myself honestly don't give a flying rat turd what anyone does with themselves... Heres to ya Eddie..
I love Ed Wood and all of his movies, but I don't think being dressed up in womens clothing as a boy would turn someone into a a transvetite as an adult. It was just something that was always part of his personality. If his mother dressed him up in skirts and dresses or his aunt put her angora jacket on him when he was little it just help him to realize his fetish at a very young age.
hi Ed Wood was straight alright ..but he liked to dress in womens gear ,,started out when he was young his mom had wanted a girl so she dressed him as a girl and it stuck with him ..but again he loved woman ..hope this has been helpful , kind regards
Although he did pen the following: Gay Black, The Gay Underworld, The Greek Connection, Killer in Drag was aka as The Homosexual Generation, It Takes One To Know One, To Make A Homo, and Young, Black and Gay...
That is true... though he got pidgeon holed into writing the paperback porn novels as was his only source of income.... where would he have gotten his booze money from if he didnt write his novels...i just think he was tapping into that market for money

Ed's movies were total POS's but the movie with Johnny Depp is a classic. Also, I'm always entertained to watch his biographies on A&E, and whatever other channels want to exploit his weirdness. Thanks for making this actual Ed Wood footage available, its totally appropriate he be remembered this way, lol.
I think a bad movie constitutes as an unmemorable or unenjoyable movie. Ed's movies were deffinatly enjoyable and are remembered. So I don't consider them POS's.
Pieces Of Shit. If it wasn't for Ed Wood's films we wouldn't have directors like Tim Burton or David Lynch. Plan 9 is one of the most influencial movies of all time.
Grande figura.
Genio incomprendido? De que carajo hablas? Has visto sus peliculas?
I am a fan of Ed.. i have the biography by Gray "Nightmare of Exctasy" that inspired ED WOOD.. first time i watched ED WOOD i watched it twice in one night. it was sooooo beautiful...
i like films of ed-the greates pre post-structuralst.Dr.Acula.Dracula.what of Derrida-rian approach.deffinition about transvestite is excellent.
i'll be happy if there's events paying hommages of Ed cultaral impact. not only on guys as Crampsy Lux interior, and recently sought doing drag on stage -pete doherty-ladyshambles
Ed Wood is a famous b-movie director. One of his notable traits (actually near legendary with B-movie fans) is that he was a transvestite. Home film of him crossdressing is kind of a peculiarity some fans of his look for, because it's just so damn odd.
Not colorized footage. It's one of a collection of Ed Wood home movies that were obtained by Legend Films for their new Plan 9 DVD release and Legend Films' Ed Wood Film Festival which is currently touring the country by Tom Holland Productions. Contact Tom Holland for the latest bookings at t.holland@att.net.
I notice a Christmas tree to the side there...I suppose he got an angora sweater for christmas...*laughing slightly* I guess for most other people it's a sucky present...but not when you've got an angora fetish...
He was enjoying himself, having a good time. I still love his movies.

@Beatnikzombie That is the stupidest comment ive ever heard, how can Johnny depp play ed wood better thatn ed wood you dickhead?

@wimmywoo I didn't say he played Ed Wood better than Ed Wood. I said that he pulled off wearing women's clothes better than Ed Wood.

> Ed's movies were total POS's
They were low budget, with bad writing, and bizarre acting, but all of them were interesting which is why they will survive for a long long time.

So that's Ed Wood in drag!
Whoever put this together should've left it silent. Keeps the air of authenticity about it. That, and the music selection sucks rocks.
