I can certainly see the effects of your dieting - a slimmer face is the first thing that I've noticed. I wish I could lose weight more easily but I love my puddings and fruit juices far too much.
Work to do, yes, but actually I think it is a normal process: when you feel so great about yourself you become mores sensitive to how you feel about and treat others - otherwise you would become a self-centered asshole - and that's hardly you, is it? Those who don't feel OK with themselves might not get to that next step. So, your pathway is a good one - Zen!
If you record with it set to slow mo, on normal playback the recording is in chipmunk mode. :p
