Actually lived in a co-housing unit during my last year of college. It was like a big family. There were 29 of us. We all took turns cooking. Some were vegan. Made it hard to please everyone, but rules helped, like if you're vegan, be prepared to make your own meal. Usually there was a choice, though. :)
Love it. So great to see that Art of Community doesn't take itself too seriously. Most small nonprofits would shy away from poking fun at themselves. Hats off to AOC!
