This is actually really simple for me even as a beginner, however I don't understand the part were your loading the image. I get the NULL and filename part but the rest just seems like a bunch of random shit
@Devmo1000 Its actually very easy, unless your just getting into it. When you realize how this works, ull come back to this and already know what he will do next ;)
Okay . . . umm . . . I have a whole bunch of pictures I want to use for this one program I am making. However, there is way too much and it makes the folder look - not pretty.
So . . . um . . . how do you make a DLL file of bitmap pictures?
Also what code do you use to load the bitmaps from the DLL?
Great job on these videos! Without these I was unable to create a Win32 app in vc++ 2008 even with example code from books and tut sites. Looking forward to more videos.
Nice but now make a win32 assembler tutorial ;-)

My suggestion: Make a drinking game out of this!
You got to drink when ever he says "device context"!
Awesome series!!

I can use Pascal, Delphi, PHP no sweat, but OMG this is a headache.
But no worries, you can't learn without trying, so lets carry on...
