@AchilleyKing - yeah -i hear ya ,, I had a real good scoota crash ,, Rode right off the road ,at a roundabout , after 3 months in Indonesia and Thailand -looking around for a store,, i was. Broke 2 wheel law one - look down ,, go Down.. 2 motorists came to my aid. The funny part is ,that i bought the round table i was looking for ,,at a store i didn,t know existed,, The table is downstairs and i still love the scoota..life has it's funny twists..

Lucky he was on a scoota -your legs and FEET,are inside the framework. On a M Cycle proper that could have led to crippling injury. Tough scoota - just rides off.. WTF... And he just left the scene too.. that would qualify as hit and run.. because he damaged property other than his own. that was a mailbox he took out, plus the sign.. and I would bet he put a dent or scrape on that car.
