@cidraines12 i think it is a cheat bro because i had an action replay and i used it after i beat the game a few times and it shoots up to that amount. mine broke a long time ago but if i remember correctly you might actually be able to go up higher than that amount if you turn of the money cheat and just keep playing and collecting money but with that much what's the point

You can unlock Wesker in story mode.You just need a Codebreaker or an Action Replay.Codebreakers are no longer on the market,but you can buy one on E-bay and use the character modifier code and set it to Wesker.I don't know how he got him to hold some of those weapons without him freezing,though.

@apple1zz this position is called the "T" shape, most (if not all) games have this mesh as default position. You can see this when there is no animation for the character. Example: Wesker is only playable in mercenaries, so the game creators never gave him a rocket launcher/rifle animation.
