  • Yokozuna for WWE Hall Of Fame!

  • якодзуна бля жырный сука однако

  • I always loved watching him in the ring. He was impressive and athletic for a big guy.

  • 3:55 UGLY

  • 3:55 Sexiest face ever (JK)

  • 1:16 Gay Kid likes fat people

  • I love it when he looks over to Mr Fuji for the instructions lol

  • Couldn't beat Austin lol

  • Thumbs up if Mr. Fuji reminds you of Oddjob

  • @xpander2k: It's pointless to argue this, since Cena never got the chance. Yoko died on October 23, 2000. Cena debuted in wrestling the same month.

Also, remember that Big Show and Khali are 7-footers, with Viscera just missing that by a few inches. Yoko was not as tall as those guys and thus his weight was not distributed the way it is for those guys.

xpander2k: Good point about Sting. He slammed both Colossal Kongs in succession in 1993.

  • Rock Bottom 2:17!!! or Yoko Bottom!!!

  • wow this is the smallest (for this gimmick that is) Ive ever seen Yokozuna. He actually looks smaller than Rikishi

  • Holly shit (WTF) that is scary as shit but i don't get 1 thing though why wouldn't you kick him in the sack between 3.25 to 3.35

  • I think they were exaggerating his weight when they said 505 at this point...funnily enough I think later on Yoko ballooned up so much that when they said 641 they were downplaying his obesity.

  • @EGarrett01 They actually said 285 pounds at the beginning of the match.

  • @Onikage1985

At :44 Howard Finkel pretty clearly says 505 pounds.

  • damn thought bill jordan would win, big fan

  • moved really well for a big man, i will say, rip

  • its kinda ironic that yokozuna wasn't really Japanese. he was Samoan and a cousin of the rock.

  • Love the way Mcmahon says GIRTH! lol

  • birth of girth

  • hahaha he did the rock bottom

  • @deadstarlll That was a Sambo Suplex.

  • How hard can it be to WWE it was before?

    C'mon bro

The WWE of our days sucks!!!!!

Well, I must admit that lately has put aside the childish programming but c'mon WWE

We want the good wrestling back!!!

  • RIP Mr Perfect and RIP Yokozuna :(

  • r.i.p mr.perfect

  • why in old times vince is a commentator?

  • @DavidRJBeckham23

What do you mean "old times"

Vince was a commentator up until 1996-1997. He was always the owners son, but got into the business by being an announcer and commentator. Up until the Monday Night Wars kicked off, and he took his role as the "President" or "Manager"

  • @DavidRJBeckham23 he always delivered color commentary - ever since the World Wrestling Federation was called the WorldWide Wrestling Federation and his father owned the business...

and he was the best damn announcer EVER, and I for one wish he'd go back to doing that.

  • Take a look at the girth lmao

  • the beginning of a legend!

  • Cornette should have never been brought in to be associated with Yokozuna. It was more authentic with the Japanese/Polynesian concept with just Mr. Fuji as the manager. Fuji wasn't the best on the mic, but he had a great character, was devious, had the experience managing, and the crowd could understand him fine. No reason for Cornette to be involved and suddenly become "spokesman" because of "Fuji's limited knowledge of the English language".

  • That wasn't a wrestling match, that was a fuckn' massacre!!!

  • hahah damn! McMahon used to commentate?

  • @DexStanT Fans didn't even know he was who he was, until the late 90's, we all just thought he was another announcer since the 80's.

  • @consequences

    hahaha sounds about right.... sheez

Well, guess the boss had to do some groundwork to get his business running eh

  • big show, khali are like 35mph!!!

    yokozuna is like 50mph!!!

  • @deepsav

Hmm, that makes absolutely no sense.

  • This was when the Fed had credibility. Sure you knew it was fake but it just seemed so much more legit and genuine. Graet debut.

  • i miss the old ropes that were red white and blue

  • woooaaaaaaaah ! fuckin crazyyyy

  • This takes me back I was about 10 when this happened then later on we had Wrestlemania 9 with him vs Bret Heart then losing it to Hogan. Those were the days.

  • The jobber looks like a fatter DDP

  • @1:20

Kid gets a little too excited looking at Yokozuna take off his robe..

  • @Arabman666 LMAO

  • 2 people got banzai dropped...

  • Yokozuna 4 HOF

  • Yokozuna wasThe Rock's more handsome cousin, lol

  • at 2:53 is funny as hell

  • Figures Vinnie Mac and Perfect would be babbling about a different storyline during Yokozuna's debut entrance.

  • I'm not sure but i think Yoko was kin to the rock.RIP Yoko!

  • @sammys70 he is....Yoko is samoan..not japanese

  • Yokozuna was an okay heel but what got me was he was awarded the title so early in his career when he couldn't talk for himself like most heels do. That hurted him the most and plus when he was champion he didn't draw a dime. Once Hogan got the title back from Yoko, people once again watched WWF.

  • @tonshaad1230 Hogan never won the the title back from Yokozuna. He left the WWF after he lost to Yokozuna.

  • Yokozuna wears diapers.

  • Yokozuna the best Japanese wrestler alongside Antonio Inoki, Ricky Steamboat, The Great Muta, Tajiri, Kenzo Suzuki, and Yoshi Tatsu.

  • @21richkid Ricky Steamboat is Hawaiian

  • @21richkid

Yokozuna was Samoan. His gimmick heritage was Japan!

  • @keijimuto actually he was american but he was of samoan heritage :P he was born in san francisco

  • @21richkid He is not Japanese.

  • The original rock bottom and the Lebron James Pre-game chalk toss

  • @jamescollins311: No, it's throwing the ceremonial salt, which is a tradition in Sumo wrestling. Yokozuna's gimmick/character was that of a former Sumo wrestler.

  • @RLD8810 That was a tremmer. It occurs when the body experience a large amount of force even though that was still exaggerated a lil. But not too far from the truth

  • Mr. Fuji looks weird still dressed in the same outfit he used managing Berserker while managing Yokozuna, but hey Paul Bearer also managed Vader for awhile while sporting the pale face makeup and still carrying the Urn

  • BANZAI HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA):O

  • yokozuna look kind like samoa joe from tna r.i.p. yokozuna !!!!

  • @AndrewsOpinion15 probably as they are related, as they are both from the anoa'i wrestling family, including the wild samoans, rikishi, umaga, (and that other guy he wrestled in a tag team with before the Umaga gimmick) and even the rock i think 8-|

  • Isn't it crazy that Bill Jordan gained a little bit of fame with the invention of YouTube? I mean you have to wonder where he is today.

  • It's amazing; at 505 lbs that's the trimmest of this career!

  • so thats where lebron james got his intro from...........yokozuna

  • @jediKnightreviews

    heck yeah!! ahaha

  • Did that guy die after that leg drop on the back of his neck?

  • Kind of weird to see Fuji managing Yoko while dressed in his old-school Oddjob getup... he'd be wearing nothing but kimonos shortly after this.

    02:54 HA-YAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • bill jordan for like one second. lmao

  • I get a kick out of how Mr.Perfect & Vince McMahon keep on talking about Jimmy Hart turning on the Nasty Boys for the first minute and a half of this video during Yokozuna's entrance music and stroll down the aisle into the ring, let alone that it was Yoko's debut match and all the focus should have been on him.

  • @landrykkb: This wasn't exactly Yoko's debut. This match was taped on October 12, 1992 and aired on October 31, 1992. Yoko squashed Joey Maggs in a match taped on October 13, 1992 which aired on October 26, 1992.

  • YO FUI A UNA FUNCION DE LUCHA LIBRE AQUI EN MEXICO, ESPECIFICAMENTE EN CUERNAVACA, Y FUI PRECISAMENTE A VER LUCHAR A ESTE HOMBRE YOKOZUNA, ERA TODO UN ESPECTACULO VERLO ENFRENTARSE A OTRO DE LOS GRANDES COMO CANEK. QUE RECUERDOS!!!!!

  • @gubuvicto habla engles?

  • if yoko had stayed at the 505lb weight i feel he would have been BETTER than when he hit the 660lb mark. No way could he do the moves at 660lb that he was 505 and i feel that he made a mistake gaining weight more than he already was.

  • @jakamneziak he was told too by vince that is a fact

  • Was this man shaking with every move........................If only Yokozuna still been alive......he would have been considered for hall of fame no doubt.

  • He doesn't sound Japanese.

  • @neomysterio Hey wasn't. He was Samoan.

  • yokosuna deffintely was awesome.he could move and do a long match.do wrestling moves.truley was amazing.R.I.P yoko

  • That guy is just bouncing away.

  • Can you say SHATTERED RIBS?

  • According to Steve Austin (yes, THAT one), backstage Yokozuna was one of the nicest men he'd ever met.

  • I saw him shortly before he died when he came on a wrestling tour to Britain with Samu (formerly of the headshrinkers - nice to see that the Samoans weren't typecast in anyway!) - he was at his absolute biggest then and it tok him ten minutes to walk the 30 metres to the rings and then climb in and he could only wrestle for about 2 minutes at a time. A real shame he got so big as he seemed like a thoroughly nice bloke.

  • @mtheadedwally: Yoko's last WWE appearance was at Survivor Series in November 1996. I've read that he actually lost his wrestling license because he had gotten to be so fat that he couldn't get medical clearance to wrestle. The main event of the disastrous Heroes of Wrestling PPV was supposed to be Yoko vs. King Kong Bundy. They were added to the Neidhart-Jake match when Jake's drunken "performance" proceeded to officially kill of an already horrible show. Yoko never got in the ring.

  • @JKTube This wasn't a WWE performance - it was an amateur wrestling match at the Guildhall in Portsmouth, UK. He was there with Samu from the headshrinkers (who is his cousin) His appearance was touch and go as the airline wouldn't allow him to book three seats for himself. However, he made it. He didn't fight under the name Yokozuna, but under his own name. Quite believe, however, that he was stopped from pro-wrestling. Just walking to the ring looked like absolute agony for him.

  • Woooow !!

  • That jobber was a pretty good seller.

  • you got to love umaga family.all big strong fast samoans. yokozuna not jap he samoan

  • This is taking "squash match" to a whole new level. RIP Yoko.

  • Pfft! A sumo wrestler in regular wrestling? The fans will never buy THAT! Go to Velocity and feud with Jimmy Jack Funk already!

Also, my sources tell me the WWF trumped up his weight for effect. He wasn't 505 lbs here. He was actually 11 midgets in a rubber suit!

  • @Inediblehulk Sounds a lot like what Bobby Hennan would've said.

  • @bigbadtom29 I'll take that as a compliment. Unless Heenan DID say that. Then I feel like a thief.

  • WHAT A GREAT SET OF MOVES FOR SUCH A BIG GUY

  • BOOOOOONZAAAAAAI

  • 2:32 Hulk Hogan got nothin on Yokozuna.

  • Cena can lift Yoko...he liftet Viscera and the bigshow...or look at wrestlemania vs edge and the bigshow..he liftet both at the same time..;)

sry im from germany , my english isnt very good xD

  • i miss pregnant lita. but oh well. if i want a real fight.. i watch ufc, or the military channel. usa military is good for fighting. we are real buds.

  • Amazing debut.. Yokozuna was always one of my favourites

  • Odd to see Yokozuna without taped ankles and carrying his own flag and salt bucket.

I wonder when Mr. Fuji changed his outfit from a Charlie Chan tuxedo to a white kimono.

  • @wrestlingchallenge a debut is always trippy to see, in comparison to how a character eventually develops...its rare when a wrestler debuts and finishes his career in the exact same way & with the exact same "look" (but it has happened)...these days "cosmetics" & marketing really dont allow for much of that though...

  • mr perfect could do it all

  • 1:19 - 1:21 YOUNG John Cusack *lol*

  • @xpander2k

Yoko is much bigger than Show, Show is leaner than Yoko by a margin.

  • @Striker029 oh and you actually believe cena lifted show for the fu?

  • @slepchor What's your point? Of course both sides are doing their part in performing the move. But Yokozuna has tons more dead weight.

  • NOBODY!!! you will NEVER kick out of the banzai drop. i swear on everything on the planet. once his ass hits your chest, ITS OVER!

  • @ju99yfresh

Actually, I believe the Undertaker once sat up after a Banzai Drop.

  • @JosiahPlummer1988 But... he wouldn't of kicked out of it. lol.

  • Jeez, that guy was over-selling the shit out of everything.

  • Were Vince and Mr Perfect in front of a green screen? Kinda looked like it when the camera panned up.

Anyway, youkozuna was a fuckin beast! Thanks for the mems uploader.

  • if vince and mr perfect done the talking who ran the wwe back then

  • he is the nephew of the wild samoans and the cousin of rikishi, umaga and the rock among others

  • Jordan flopping like a fresh fish out of water

  • I LOVED yoko, he was so different and he made a leg drop seem like the end of the world

  • The rock-bottom from Yokozuna is much more impressive than his younger cousin The Rock.

  • wut u say dat fo is? Yoko from Japan he not no da Rock. lol! u so stupit!

  • @WhiteChocolut what the fuck did you even say

  • @SuperClarenceX lol

why even ask a question to such an un-educated cunt

    hes got nuthing to say

  • @WhiteChocolut what fuckin language is that

read a fucking book you illiterate scrub

and yoko was hawaiin by the way

    ignorant piece of trash

  • Yoko from Japan dat Jpanes flag dat Fuji have

  • @WhiteChocolut his real name is Rodney Anoia, born in honolulu hawaii.. his gimmick was being a sumo wrestler u illiterate piece of garbage

  • u not from haiwe mo fo

  • @WhiteChocolut u r a complete moron.. may god have mercy on your soul

  • @bLuDcLoT06 .....Samoan.....

  • the original rock bottom by yokozuna

  • @DrGreenfun

Nah man, now Gorilla Grodd might have a better chance though!

  • LOOOOOOOOOL Lex Luger did a power slam not power bomb.

  • sumo is the strongest

  • lets see him on g4tv ninja warrior

  • death to jobbers

  • r i p litas baby.

  • I head that Yokozuna and Macho Man Randy Savage was involved in a one-on-one match and when Yokozuna went to bansi Macho Man Randy Savage, he accidently farted on Macho Man Randy Savage when he landed on Macho Man Randy Savage and you could see Macho Man Randy Savage's body flatulate, if you know what I mean. You could tell that Yokozuna was embarrased. I would have been emberassed, too.

  • how much does Yokozuna weigh?

  • @TheCitrusdude 600 lbs. ......300kg

  • r.i.p

  • I know That!! I meant if he was alive

  • A match between the now undertaker and yokozuna would be killer!!!

  • hes dead now. :(

  • Yokozuna would kill me if I had a match with him.

  • his first push in the wwf was insane. the guy was awesome.

  • @ushireborn And then Vince gradually turned Yokozuna into a babyface that everybody had long since forgotten when he was a heel and no longer relevant.

  • One of the most impressive debuts I ever saw in the WWE!!! Yokozuna had skills beside just his size. He could really move

  • @TopDog381

What's impressive about 3 moves against some random jobber?

  • @RyanIsOffended First off genius if you even bothered to read what I said you would see that I said he had skills, plus he could move for a big man. I explained that but I see you missed a few classes. Just like a nobody to talk shit.... I bet you couldn't do it?

  • @TopDog381

You're asking me if you bet I couldn't? That makes sense. My opinion versus yours.

  • @Ryan's Offended No genius let me slow this down for you. I said I bet you couldn't do one thing that this man did in the ring. I bet you have no athletic ability period. So for a person like you that has no athletic ability period to say something and call yourself some sort of expert, its a joke. Is that clear enough for you slow guy?

  • @TopDog381

Thanks for clearing that up, dad. Sure, I think he was overrated but it's obvious to see the surprising agility for his size. Not something you see often, especially for how large he was. Thanks for pointing out my lack of athletic ability, since you know me so well. I was originally the guy in line for the Yokozuna gimmick, but my athletic inabilities that you pointed out kept that from happening in the end.... Lighten up, jackass.

  • @RyanIsOffended Anytime I can help you out son call on me. Your mouth got you schooled not the other way around. You commented to me first. So if you can't take somebody putting you in your place then next time don't speak. Welcome to the wonderful world of youtube. Now go take those panties off that you're obviously wearing and go get you some big boi shorts!!

  • @TopDog381

Schooled? Put in your place? Speak? You're thinking too highly of yourself, especially for a Youtube conversation. Maybe taking this a little too seriously. My mouth didn't get me anything, because I typed this, dumbass. You already gave me the classic "he's more athletic than you", so what's next, " u r a fukn fag?"

  • 500 + pounds right to the chest. Yikes. How did he not get crushed or suffer internal injuries?

  • Yokozuna was the most agile 500 pounders that i ever witnessed he could super kick he could leg drop he could german suplex john cena has no chance

  • Wow. Yoko was pretty good before he gained about 100 more pound of flab.

  • Was still Great and Agile when he gained 278 lbs. Amazing how he moved that so quickly

  • Mr.Fuji reminds me of Oddjob

  • 1:40 We now know where Lebron James got his gimmick

  • john cena and batista mannnnn they wouldnt last with yokozuna!!!!!!!! R.I.P Rodney

  • pah-lease cena sucks cena couldnt take 5 bonzai drops!

  • You really think Cena would be able to FU 600+ pounds of Yokozuna?

Cena would collapse and Yoko would kill him.

  • Cena would NEVER be able to lift Yoko, He's too big and wide to get a good grip plus he's just too heavy. That plus Cena's physical strength is no where NEAR as strong as Yoko's. Yokozuna would rip Cena apart, than hit one bonzai drop FTW. Nobody has ever kicked out of the Bonzai after they were hit with it, nobody. RIP Yoko. Best big man ever.

  • @elzombito5678 Cena is a genetic freak...he mite have a bit of trouble picking up Yoko at first, but he would do it eventually...Luger slammed Yoko, but it was a very sloppy slam...Cena could totally handle Yoko (& I am not a major Cena fan, but I do understand strength & conditioning)...so I disagree with you...

  • @elzombito5678 Lex Luger slammed him. Cena is just as strong I think

  • rip him apart? so his torso would rip and guts would spill out all over the ring? You know this is make believe right?
