Das Lied war auch in der DDR in den 50er Jahren sehr bekannt und ich habe die Melodie und die erste Zeile immer im Gedächtnis behalten. Schön, hier einmal die ganze Fassung wieder zu hören, auch als Dokument seiner Zeit. 5*****

Hallo Rita, ich habe dieses Lied auf Schellackplatte und den Text aus dem Liederbuch "Reicht euch die Hände" von 1951 (Liederbuch des Friedens).
Wann es genau herauskam, weiß ich nicht. Im Buch steht: Volkslied aus Nord-Schensie, China. Deutsche Nachdichtung von Paul Wiens.
Aber ich weiß aus Dokumentarfilmen, daß dieses Lied zu Maos Zeiten in China sehr populär war.
