  • You mean the noise from the whistles? The whistles were given out by sponsors to people on the street earlier that day. The intention was for people to make some noise. Noise = lively celebration.

    I have other videos shot on street level earlier that day, showing people making more noise to celebrate the event. Will upload that later. ;-)
