I remember the day I met my Gf's parents. I'm Mexican and she's Vietnamese too. At first it's tough because you experience a lot of racism for being a mixed couple, but you learn to shrug it off. We've been together for over 6 years and I plan to marry this girl.

Aww so sweet! I'm Vietnamese and my boyfriend (of 3 years!) is El Salvadorian and I was terrified for him to meet my family. But they absolutely love him... more than they love me! haha You just have to remember to ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS greet them when you first come over. My bf does it in Viet so it gets him extra points every time with my grandparents. Good luck!
