Black people are smart. We get our reparations by skewing public policy in favor of all disenfranchised and poor people.
The sliding-scale healthcare subsidy is just one example. Affirmative action and welfare, which mostly benefits poor white women, is another.
We will to chip away at the system legally with our politicians as well as by other, less "legitimate" means... We HAVE survived and WILL CONTINUE to survive.

100's of years of entitlements, including housing loans that were not given to blacks in the early and mid 1900's, seem to have helped whites quite well.
