  • not a dumbass

  • Something random caught my attention, but even Gwar's fans don't take their lyrics seriously. Secondly, and more importantly, how often do you turn on the nightly news and hear about a Gwar fan raping babies? Compare that (never) with how often you turn on the news and hear about yet another gang related crime. This is why rap is more heavily criticized. Because it reflects, and influences, the real world.

Sane, evolved people know how to separate entertainment from reality.

  • Biased opinions, its really frighting how one man who is not God can manipulate people into believing into what he is thinking, think about it he preaches to black people who feel that are being oppressed and discriminated because of the color of their skin, but the fact is this has happen all within history time line and to cast out black people as some special group is wrong. Yes, there is racism but that one preacher has brainwashed those souls.

  • you might as well say i hate white people and fuck crackers just say it spare us this educated mumbo jumbo

  • Your strawman argument amuses me.

  • really man, its 2009 on youtube, you do not have to hide your racism, just admit you hate white people, because if you didnt why would you support a man who did say (quote) "we have to exterminate white people" just admit it, i mean thats what your basicly implying in this video right?

  • lol...if you're going to try to argue against a man, at least make sure that you're using HIS quotes, and not another guys quotes..you have Rev Wright mixed up with another black guy...since you know black people are interchangeable with one another.

  • ohhhhh...whoops...

  • lmao!

  • he took the lord's name in vain. Is that not a commandment

  • Yeah well he did say that im not making shit up.... you guys get alot more slack than most white people... and you keep going on and on about how white people are soooo racist, and im not racist and i dont see why yall can say "cracker, honkey, rednecks" when i or any other white person has never said anything hurtful to you. his pastor gave an award out to a man who said "hitler is a great man" do you agree with this? i dont. and i am DEFF not ignorant.

  • Would you like posting a link to where Wright said "white people are our enemy?" Also the fact that whites weren't insitutionally oppressed, lynched, driven out of town, had their property stolen, beaten for trying to vote, castrated, etc because they were "crackers in the wrong place" is why it's not really taboo to jokingly say "cracker honkey" etc even though it's really not nice or wise to use such language. And if you're going to pull the "No black person alive was a slave" need I (cont_

  • Remind you that blacks have only been able to vote for roughly 40 years via the voting rights act, and only allowed to even de jure integrate for roughly the same amount of time (even though de facto we have and still are closed off due to income, wealth, institutional disparities. Christ I wonder if people even read the comments that they post.

  • Oh my lord. How ignorant can you get.ReallyHe is possibly the most ignorant, racist person i have EVER heard. he said white people are his enemys... well... ive never done anything to him. first of all not all white people are rich. and its racist that he says that. It doesnt matter that he is the first black president. thats just race. obama isnt even patriotic he didnt put his hand on his heart when they were raising the flag.. how many black people have been mistreated since the 1800s..

  • I'm not even going to get into this debate since this would be the 100th time I've had to correct an ignorant comment I'll just have to point out A) Nobody not Wright nor Obama said "White people are my/our enemies" B) If you wanna learn how people of color have been mistreated since the 1800's then I recommend that you research about Jim Crow, and the current institutional discrimination and disparities that persist. And that's all I've got to say about that as Forest Gump would say.

  • I think "Barry" doesn't like his white half.

  • Dude Obama hasn't even run a McDonalds shift. Plus he is running from every preacher that he has come into contact with because it is wrong. We in america don't put up with this kind of crap. Blacks are voting for him because he is black. Well my family is black and they won't vote for him because this country needs someone with a clean record and experience. Oh and because they know he is going to raise taxes. You will be broke too. Blacks need to get over it. I didn't inslave u!!!!!!

  • Yeah he's only run the harvard law review, a non profit, worked as a state/national senator, run one of the biggest grassroots campaigns in American history etc. Also if want to bring up wright you should note Obama didnt denounce right until Wright went on his tour giving speeches and trying to get publicity. Also what the fuck does "enslavement" (not insalvement) have to do with anything?

  • Listen, fuck tard. your facts or ok, but they are twisted. Obama, is a racist fuck, and so is his dickbag pastor. You need to take things in their real perspective if that's what you will preach. When he says something, comparing a black to a white, that is racism. If blacks were rich, which they are becoming more and more each day, you would be the type to take the whites as slaves. Oh yeah, NIGGER is not deragatory in itself.

  • So you're saying a man who is half white, and was raised by a white mother and white grandparents is racist against himself and his family? lmao ok then you believe that. The bulk of your comment makes no sense what so ever, and you lose all credibility by saying that the word NIGGEr is not derogatory.

  • Not to mention they flipped on social positions because most black voters are social liberals..

  • I DO NOT LIKE WRIGHT AT ALL!!

  • I like the way your mind works, young man, and I'm glad to see you using it to think things through for yourself. I also appreciate your taking the initiative to put your thoughts on video.

Stay up, and don't get sucked in by the negativity. There are some You Tube posters whose sole purpose is to create chaos and division; and/or to hamper Obama in his race for the presidency. You'll spot them; they're very obvious. Don't bite.

Meanwhile keep your faith, and keep using your mind. Peace.

  • Does anybody think this country is being DAMNED for the choices the govt have been making... on the economy, foreign policy..??? This country never have suffered like it is now! We are being judged and damned!!! Rev. Wright is not that far off!!!

  • This so called "minister" is the BIGGEST RACIST BIGOT ever -- as well as ALL black people that support him - INCLUDING B. HUSSIN OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!

  • Kind of ironic considering he didn't mention anything about race. Also you might want to learn how to spell Hussein...

  • Get off WELFARE and get a JOB!!!!!!

  • Ah yes the obligatory douche comment that virtually every youtube video gets. Next time post something of actual substance mate, instead of weakass ad-hominems.

  • You do understand why welfare exists, right? Nice try, Hitler.

  • you need to tell your people to get off WELFARE too. the majority on it are whites idiot. do the research buddy.

  • confusing, but intelligent get more vids, send me messages and ill suscribe

    CHECK OUT MY VIDS AAAP

  • Gracias.

  • Silly pseudo-intellectual negros with their attempted thinking and what not. Reverend Ruckus FTW. WHITE POWER BABY RAPING POUR SOME SUGAR ON ME.

  • Terrorist.

  • When you have a dominant gene, then you can all recessive genes out of these White skin, and blue eyes are mutations from when people left Africa and had to deal with climate change in the northern part of the world.

  • On the contrary a lot of times there ARE protests when black jesus is depicted. For example a few years ago in NYC Guilanni went all up in arms about a black jesus being depicted in some play, which ended up with nas depicting himself as black jesus in the video "Hate me now."

  • Then how would Moses pass as the kin of pharoh, who as the research of Cheikh Anta Diop depicted could have very possibly been black?

  • Like i said before look at jewish people all around the world and usually they can pass for being native to that region, people who are in one area who change physically isn't uncommon.

  • And how do you know arabs didn't look much different back then around that region? Thats like saying light skinned people in America look like their black ancestors 400 years ago.

  • Of course people back then looked like me... except not quite as attractive, of course.

Then again, perfection does take time.

I think you should calm down a little. You're starting to take some pretty ridiculous stuff a tad too seriously. Even if Jesus WAS white as the new-driven snow, who cares? Charles Manson and Ted Bundy are white, too.

  • Then he must have been black seeing as his skin would turn white when god wanted to give him a sign.

  • You also have to remember going back that far who knows what color the people in that region were. You have to remember original man was black, the bible torah and quran teachaes us that adam was made out of dirt, which is brown to black (which ironically is similar to the color of jesus seeing as his feet looked like burned brass, and josephus described him as dark). Also I will advice you to do more research, because there is a lot of evidence pointing to the egyptians being black. (cont)

  • Yes and as I stated in the video he was making an ANALOGY to Jesus, a jewish man living under the control of the Roman empire. Also before i got cut off I was trying to say depicting Jesus as this tall aryan looking man has had a profound psychological affect on people of color in this country. When children see their father they expect to grow up to be their father, so what do you expect white and black children will expect to be when they grow up under a white image of our savior?

  • so much. I also just think its funny how any time a black girl runs into me and tells me to "watch where my white ass is goin", that if i ever took offense to that comment, I would immediately be shot down. i just dont really understand that whole deal.

  • Yes that may be rude but it aint gonna hurt you as much psychologically as being called a nigger considering the past and present context behind racism against blacks. Whites in this coutnry have never been the so called beta culture, never been considered 3/4th of a person, never had their progress and intellectual/social potential analyzed like lab mice etc. Yes it's rude against you because of the color of your skin, but it's just one person who is shoving it in your face rather than society.

  • If they say that when THEY run into YOU, then what do they say when you run into them?

  • I just found it funny how you were talking about how Hilary has never been called a nigger. Your right about that but that fact that you said nigger isnt said much and that it is used in "code words"..I coul highly disagree with that becasue in my high school, there is a karge amount of black students and literally everytime I walk by one of the groups in the hall, that word is flying around multiple times. Its such an offenseve word and I dont understand why people of your own race would use it

  • ...You're not aware about the concept of language changing over time are you? Firstly i never said Nigger or nigga is used as a code word, what i stated was instead of blatant racism we've resorted to using code words such as "Thug, ghetto, urban, etc." Secondly even when Nigger was being used out in the open by whites, black people still were calling each other nigga because that's what we were called for 500 fucking years. Just because white people fianlly say "That word is bad!" (cont)

  • After centuries of having this word in order to make us remember that we were subhuman in their eyes, doesn't mean that it's going to stop automatically in a period of the few decades since the civil rights act (which that doesn't mean anything either, considering the people who were yelling "Nigger" before the passage of the act in order to degrade black folk, probably did it afterwards and are still dong it today.)

  • You have a lot of pent up anger, and for what. Have you ever served time on a plantation or know of anyone who has. You keep looking to the past. Blacks with a chip on their shoulders forget that thousands upon thousands more white people died for their freedom than died to prevent it. Why cant you accept the fact that as far as race goes, most white people that I know really could care less. It is the blacks that keep hanging on to the past which will get you no where in this life. (Cont)

  • Unless you are Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton and continually taking advantage of your people to fatten your own wallet.

  • No I have not served time on a plantation, but I do have to live with the fact that my ancestors were considered nothing more than mules in this country for generations. I have to live with the fact that more than likely the blood of at least a few white rapists more than likely runs through my veins. I have to live with the fact that my people are confined to economic slavery, due to past wrongs and present wrongs that have left them with inadequate resources. I have to live with the fact (con

  • I will more than likely never know the religion, culture, and language that my people before me spoke. I have to live with the fact that society constantly questions the cultural paradigms that I hold. I have to live with the sterotype of if i make it big then people will attribute it to "affirmitive action" or "quota filling." I have to live with the fact that I have to have my right to vote renewed every 25 years according to the civil rights act.

  • Strom Thurman is shunned by Christians, conservatives, republicans, whites, Americans and all of those groups together and apart - he spent his life setting conservative causes centuries back with his racist propaganda. He was a STAIN on our party, religion(s), race and nationality. Until you've witnessed white America from a white American perspective (just as you said about those outside a black American perspective), you cannot say that Strom Thurman was not condemned - while alive OR dead.

  • Then why was Stron thurmond one of the longest serving senators in American history if he was shunned by right wing republicans, and Christians?

  • When an image of a non caucasian image of Jesus is displayed. That says something about our society, because we haven't really solved the very thing that is wrong with Christianity in that it's been used to control people mentally for so long, that instead of fixing these problems we just pass them off as tradition.

  • Displayed in the image of a white man? This is the very reason Judaiasm and Islam prohibits engraven images, simply because it puts one culture on a pedastol as superior in subliminal ways. That same imam that I quoted in my video also told me that children grow up to be their parents, and by displaying this image of Jesus we subliminally put into the minds of non-caucasians that white people indeed ARE God (metaphorically of course). I also find it ironic that ppl often times yell blasphamy

  • As someone raised Christian with a Muslim father, I LOVE Black Jesus! Although everyone knows he looked like me 'cause he was Palestinian.

When did they find out Egyptians back in Moses's time were black? I know if you tell the Egyptians now that they're black (or suggest that they're African rather than Middle Eastern), they'll kick your ass.

  • Funny you say it doesn't matter what color Jesus was, because obviously it does if we all know Jesus wasn't white yet we keep getting a picture of Cesar Borgair, a white european who was modeled to be jesus during the rein of pope alexander II. No rev wright did NOT say Jesus was black literally which i even went over in my video so i dont know why you're saying he did say jesus was black. But again going back to the race of Jesus, do you seriously think that it's no big thing to have jesus

  • But you should also realize the jews in Ethopia as came from the tribe of dan and it is thought that during the exodus they went south instead of north to Israel. Also I can tell you that yes a child may be considered jewish if their mother was but unless there was a conversion usually there would be interjewish marriage. But then again the fact that you have jews who look persian some who look european some who look African and even some who look Indian shows the amount of mixing that happened.

  • Also you should understand that even when the jews were in Egypt it is VERY plausiable that they may have very well been black. Think about it Moses was raised by the royal family of egypt, and since according to the research that i mentioned before they more than likely were black then moses would have had to had been black also. Also the fact that Moses's skin would turn white when good wanted to show him a sign (Although some say this may have been lepracy) says somethign also.

  • On the contrary there is more evidence that the original Jews were black first, and then lightened up after minging with people from around Persia. That whole region is very unfavorable to people with lighter skin tones, and the works of cheikh anta diop shows that around the Egypt area (Which would more than likely include israel) initially had a large population of black people yet as time went on ppl came from other regions and intermixed thus lighning the skin of the people who lived there.

  • The whole reason for the arrival of slavery in its current form is due in part largely to the influence of European powers over Africa, and also to another extent the spread of Islamic slavery into Africa.

  • Apart from conflict all over Africa... Slavery in its current form is called child prostitution, child pornography and human trafficking. McCain, Obama, Clinton, and all of their religious advisors carefully avoid that discussion, because it simply upsets people too much in all nations... developed and third world... But no matter who I am voting for, I am continuously disappointed in politicians, church leaders, and educators for avoiding the topic of MODERN DAY, WORLD-WIDE SLAVERY.

  • Also you have to realize that slavery in Africa did not exist in Africa before the arrival of Europeans, but rather the concept of servitude did. The inheriant difference between slavery and servitude is that those servants who usually were captured through war, or were criminals has basic human rights and were considered part of the family that they served. Also their children were not born into slavery and it was quite common for those where servants to either marry into the family or be freed

  • For consistency's sake, slavery DID exist in AFRICA before Europeans ever arrived. I shouldn't have to remind you of that, being as well-versed on the Bible, like myself, as you are. I believe you've even referenced slavery in pre-European Africa multiple times in your comments. The truth is that slavery is not a concept invented by whites or blacks or any race - it's a human product, as old as war, prostitution, currency, the harvest of food and the trade of goods.

  • Europe has to do with the American election because this country was founded, and still runs off the concept of Eurocentrism. But again I digress, not once did I mention Europe but rather I mentioned the advantage that those of European descent have in this country due to how wealth has been bequeathed from generation to generation in this country, and due to having almost a monopoly in this country not only on how their culture is viewed through history, but how others are viewed also. (cont)

  • lol, POUR SOME SUGAR ON MAAAYY!

it was def leppard which is a sorry band anyway.

  • GWAR sells 8 albums a year, prominent rappers sell millions and millions of records. You can talk all you want to about whites being racist. The fact remains that if a white presidential candidate had a good friend/spiritual advisor, that just happened to be a member of the klan, he would be run out of town. Sen. Byrd is just that, a senator, which means that his state forgave him. How far would he make it in a national presidential election? My guess is not very.

  • Yes GWAR us not the biggest band in the world, but have you ever taken into acount how big the whole metal industry is as a whole. Just look at lyrics from almost any death metal, black metal, or any other sub mainstream metal genere and those numbers quickly add up my friend. Also I find it ironic that you state if a senator/president had a friend who was in the klan he would be run out of time because good olde ronnie reagan was not only endorsed by the klan, he went as far as going to (cont)

  • My point is that look at the countless white political leaders, entertainers, radio show hosts, and news anchors that have been criticized and/or fired for saying something offensive to blacks. One example, go back and watch the tape of Rush Limbaugh (not a fan by the way) criticizing Donavan McNabb as a qb. Tom Jackson (black) and Michael Irving (also black) both sitting on the same panel agreed with Limbaugh. Yet the next day when everything blew up, not one word has since been said about it.

  • We are constantly accused of being the racists yet I can't remember the last white comedian I heard talk about black people, watch Comic View on BET sometime. Almost w/out fail every comedian on there will eventually start in on the white people. The fact is if you are black, you can say what ever you want as far as race is concerned, but let a white man say the same thing and see what happens. If I stood on a stage and talked about black people the way Chris Rock does. Just Imagine.

  • You have to remember even though for the most part white folk believe that "Everything should be equal" truthfully it's not, which like i said before is one reason for so much cultural sensitivity when it comes to firing. I'm not familair with the rush limbuagh case so i can't comment, but just because black people happen to agree with a comment doesn't mean that it wasn't racist or wrong. The thing is like i said before racism has become more sublimnal rather than open.

  • First of all, I would venture to say that you have no proof at all that white rapist blood runs through your veins. Secondly, the only person that can make you feel inadequate or sub-human is yourself. I am of almost pure irish decent and my people have been in turmoil globally as long or longer than any race on the planet. Many were killed the minute they landed at Ellis island because we were unwanted in this country. Now, what good would it do me to constantly reflect on my peoples (cont)

  • plights and unfortunate treatment. The answer is none. Thingd we have to come to grips with are A) You can live in the past and bury yourself in self pity over what you will have to overcome in order to be prosperous or B) You can let other people worry about that and work on bettering yourself. The bottom line is this: Anyone can play the race card and many will say "awe look at those poor black people", but what good does that do you. At the end of the day you are a person, not a race,(Cont)

  • and no matter how you feel about the past, it is not going to change. You seem to be young in the video, I hope you will learn w/ age that only you determine your success level. In todays society, an educated black man with a good attitude has the potential to shoot up the corporate ladder, in my line of work I have witnessed this time and again. Most white people just dont care about color, for example look at the white following behind O'bama, keep in mind he cant win without backing (Cont)

  • from all races. Finally, about the Limbaugh comment, I wasnt saying it was OK what he said because 2 blacks agreed w/ him. My point was that 2 black people agreed w/ him and the next day, when the shit hit the fan, he got thrown off of the show and know one has even mentioned their names.

  • Point being? I know a lot of black people who would agree with views spouted off by neo nazis, and klan members but that doesn't mean the views aren't racist. I dont see how the fact that two black people agreed with him is relevant at all, those people weren't working for a radio station that relies on sponsors, which the sponsors will do anything to protect their image from being associated with anything negative.

  • Again you are not seeing my point. The point is not that they agreed with him. The point is that when the shit hit the fan, the are 2 prominant black figures in the sports world, and not one person has pointed out that they stood by his side on the issue until the blowback happened. Then they both turned coat and started pointing their fingers at him. And again no one has said a word.

  • Again I can't really judge since I'm not familiar with this incident, but like I said before regardless of their agreement he would have gotten in trouble anyway with the sponsers. Would you happen to have a youtube link to what went down?

  • The black dudes that agreed with him weren't the ones responsible for keeping sponsers happy, so its not like anythign could be done about them.

  • failure. For example lets take education. Education is funded through the property tax, and due to the fact that traditional older black areas were not able to qualify for loans back in the day they're in a very bad condition due to brain drain (black people who would rather leave and buy a nice house somewhere, rather than fixing up their current neighborhood) This depriciates property value, thus giving less funding to public schools. When public schools get less funding, they usually end up

  • With teachers who are inexperienced and fresh out of college. When you have inexperienced teachers who are forced to deal with children who come out from often times less than stable enviornment due to not only often times high crime due to low paying/few jobs (since the manufacturing sector which has historically employed people in these areas has been declining since the 70's) then you get extra problems to deal with. Which I'll conclude this example with a quote from Malcom x:

  • When you have poor schools you have

poor teachers. When you have poor

teachers, you get a poor education.

Poor education, you only work on

poor paying jobs and that enables

you to live again in a poor

    neighborhood.

    So it's a very vicious cycle. We've

    got to break it.

  • Actually I'm not that young, I'm only like 13 years younger than you, and I can tell you that many educated people who are either your age or older agree with a lot of what I'm saying. I'm not just talking off of pure emotion, as you can tell most of my opinions are backed up with facts which for the most part are supplemented through various scholarly writings. Also I never said anything about most whites caring about the color of a persons skin, although as I've stated before just because (con

  • Does not care does not mean that one doesn't make judgements based off the color of a persons skin, which is another problem since we are all conditioned from birth on how we perceive our own cultures, and the culture of others. Also just because whites back Obama does not mean that they are necessarily exempt from this fact. And no its not becaus they're white, because even many black people have this same mindset concerning their own people. It all goes back to the Alpha v. Beta society that

  • We live in, where Beta is always questioned and held to the standards and paradigms of Alpha.

  • The average black person in this country has between 20%-30% caucasian blood in them, which considering how valuable slaves were was an incentive for masters back in the day to impregnate their slaves. Also I find it funny that it seems as if you embrace the idea of looking at ones self from the "I" perspective rather than the "we" persepective, considering this is for the most a part a european paradigm. You're right nobody can make me feel sub human due to my larger than normal ego, but I

  • I attribute this ego to "knowledge of self" i.e. looking at not only how I got here from a perspective out of your normal everyday european paradigm, but also many other world views from outside of your normal everyday eurocentric paradigm. Also yes the Irish were oppressed when they got here, but the fact of the matter is they got their white card less than 100 years after they started coming due to the potato famine. The fact that these ppl could control their own neighborhoods through (cont)

  • Machine politics, and run their own businesses without reprisal from the larger white community to the same extent as the black communitty feared (see black wallstreet) gave the Irish an advantage in this country.

  • You are missing my point, which is that my ppls history is not my cross to bare. Sure, I could complain about how unfairly my ancestors were treated until the cows come home. You know what though, NOBODY CARES. So, rather than beat my head against the wall, I choose to do something with the life God gave me and squeeze every second out of it. I say me instead of we not because I'm European, but, because that is all I am accountable for. I dont always know what others will or wont do.(Cont

  • Yes it's not your fault, but the fact of the matter is people want to deny that what happened throughout history directly affects the conditions today, and even POLICIES today which are pretty much de facto racist. Also the reason nobody cares about how the Irish were treated in America today (Although i'm betting a LOT of people still care how they were treated in Ireland since the IRA only formally declared to give up violence 3 years ago) because the irish were quickly accepted as "white"

  • Within a century of their mass migration. Also actually the whole concept of "I" instead of "WE" IS a Eurocentric concept, at least when it comes to this country. Historically when you look at people of color in this country we have focused on the betterment of our own communities, before we focused on betterment of ourselves (This concept comes from African thought, hence the saying it takes a village to raise a child).

  • Anyway Shango, It has been good talking to you. I hope someday you will open your eyes to the fact that no matter how much you hate the history of this country, life is what YOU make it. Not what others around you make it. The past will not change so there are really only 2 options A) get over it and move forward, or B) Leave and start over somewhere else. I hope you choose alternative A, but, should you choose B, remember there is a long line of ppl at the gate waiting to take your place.

  • Wait are you suggesting that if I don't like the conditions in America that people of color are faced with I should leave? Trust me there are more than two options, but it's going to require people of color to cooperate and actually work together to build, rather than going over to the side of town that has money already. It's going to require people of color to stay in their own neighborhoods even after they educate themselves, and invest. It's also going to require people of color to become

  • Shango, I honestly wish you luck on the mission of getting educated ppl of any color in mass to give up higher paying jobs for the sake of investing in lower income areas. Remember, this is a capitalist society. Usually, by the time any kind of education has been achieved there are student loans and things of that nature that have to be repaid. I don't think the lein holder on ones education is going to care that you cant repay your loans because you graciously donated your time and money (Cont)

  • to lower income areas. I do hope it works out for you though. The more blacks that get off of government aid, maybe, the more of my pay check I will get to keep.

  • Most government aid is given to single white women lol, but yeah government aid does hurt more people more than it helps. I'm not going to say that it isn't necessary today since we live in a transitionign economy that has left a lot of people out, but people need to come back and help their communities as far as job creation goes.

  • Which is why we need more scholarships directed towards low income communities along with revamping of the failed education system. Usually in poorer predominantly black schools students are only conditioned to gradaute, and nothing more which is one of the main causes of low college attendance rates. The only real scholarships we see directed towards low income black schools usually are either sports scholarships or academic ones for the top people in the class. This needs to diversify.

  • More active politically, and more aware so that they become masters of their own domain, but first the tax base in their neighborhood has to be expanded first before anything can happen. But ironically when people of color talk about how they need to unite and work together to improve their conditions so that they can be self sufficent they get called racist, yet at the same time get blamed for hogging entittlment programs that actually helps white women more than ppl of color.

  • Which is something that people need to address. Also like i said before white folk have had the luxury of being the "alpha culture" for so long that for the most part they have no idea what its like to be the beta culture, where your humanity is constantly in question.

  • Going to philidalphia missisipi just where 3 civil rights workers were lynched a little over a decade after he ran. He went for the sole reason of assuring southern states that he would give them their rights to carry out the law back. It's also curious that one of his cabinet members is now a white suprimicist...yet people still praise ronald reagan as some great savior today. Also what does it matter if Robert Byrd's state forgave him, west virginia is over 90% white anyway so its not (cont

  • He was going against THEIR interests for the most part.

  • You have a point with GWAR, but Sen Byrd doesn't just have a friend in the KKK, he was actually a participating member himself.

And I don't think Rev. Wright was advocating lynching white people and burning crosses in their front yard.

  • Like McCain's preacher friend?

  • the color of your skin is a huge factor in whether you are born into an upper class family or not

  • Overall, yes.

But it's also important to remember there ARE whites in this country without running water (Appalachia). Also, what about the Palestinian refugees still living in shacks? Technically, they're Caucasian.

That said, I think Rev. Wright has seen/experienced a lot of the negativity that African-Americans confront on a daily basis, which compelled him to make remarks that have been misconstrued by ppl w/an agenda. I don't necessarily agree w/what he said, but he had a basis for it.

  • Dammit, I can't post a reply right!!!

  • while there is much debate as to what phenotypes Jesus exhibited, however there is no equivocating whether he and company were to the Romans what Negros were the the gentry class in this country. Further, none of you who lean so heavily on inflammatory racial rhetoric can prove that Reverend Wright, or that his comments do not echo the sentiments of the foreign policy community at large.

  • That most media is controlled by caucasians so yes almost EVERY channel is WET (White entertainment television). If you want to learn more about black self determination i suggest that you study the history of African Americans from a non-caucasian perspective, and study issues that affect African Americans psychologically/ socially/ economically/ etc.

  • Caucasian \Cau*ca"sian\, a.

    1. Of or pertaining to the Caucasus, a mountainous region between the Black and Caspian seas.

I guess a lot of people are non-Caucasian!

  • Ok? That doesn't make sense, you know damn well I;m talking about specifically people of European descent, although people of other caucasian descent do have quite a lot of power in this country also.

  • Ok? That doesn't make sense, you know damn well I;m talking about specifically people of European descent, although people of other caucasian descent do have quite a lot of power in this country also.

  • you do realize that the term was coined by an anthropologist who thought that people from that region more the appearance of the "ideal" white.

He was also a white supremacist, but at the time, it was the popular view among WASPS, that their group was the superior group, genetically and morally, which is rather ridiculous.

  • Not racist at all as long as people of color who live in white communities aren't discriminated against. And if you're going to say "Well there are black only scholarships and BET" which is something that I hear all the time, you have to realzie there are scholarships for people of all ethnic groups who come from Europe so yes you too can get an ethnic scholarship. Also if you're going to use that tired BET comparission (which btw is controlled by the white people in viacom) you need to realize

  • But to be fair like I said before when policies are made they are made for those of caucasian descent, even when these policies are designed for low income folks. Like i said before welfare, affirmative action, etc are prime examples since single white women have benefited the most from these policies. But you have to remember as i said before white communities work all the time in order to better their communities, which due to economic discimination often times are mostly white. This is (cont)

  • Black people around the world, no matter where you go (even in Africa with the exception of maybe Zimbabwe because of Mugabe's dumbass) are the poorest people no matter where you go. Nobody is saying poor white folks aren't to be cared for, as a matter of fact I can tell you from experience that whites who live in low income black neighborhoods often time share the same comrodoty and benefits when the black community comes together in these neighborhoods for various initatives.

  • You have to remember there are black jews in ethopia descedned from the tribe of Dan, and Jews in South Africa who have been there since after the fall of the last temple.

  • Also I do realize there have been black canidates such as jesse jackson, shirley chizzum, al sharpton etc but I meant to say black nominee for a party. Also the color of Jesus can be disputed, he sure wasn't pale though. According to Josephus he was short dark and had an underdeveloped beard, and i believe the book of revelations also states that he has skin the color of burned brass. But again I'm not saying he was black, just not the color of an askanaski jew, but hey (cont)

  • Two groups opposed Antiochus: a basically nationalistic group led by Mattathias the Hasmonean and his son Judah Maccabee, and a religious traditionalist group known as the Chasidim, the forerunners of the Pharisees (no direct connection to the modern movement known as Chasidism). They joined forces in a revolt against both the assimilation of the Hellenistic Jews and oppression by the Seleucid Greek government. The revolution succeeded and the Temple was rededicated.

  • after Alexander. But after his rule there culture pretty much got screwed over: More than a century later, a successor of Alexander, Antiochus IV was in control of the region. He began to oppress the Jews severely, placing a Hellenistic priest in the Temple, massacring Jews, prohibiting the practice of the Jewish religion, and desecrating the Temple by requiring the sacrifice of pigs (a non-kosher animal) on the altar.

  • Heh I actually realize this and when doing my speech I couldn't remember if it was Greece or Rome who were around during the time of Jesus so I just used a general example of when the Greeks occupied Israel before the time of Jesus. It's still pretty much the same concept, when Alexander came he tried to get the Jewish traditions but eventually let them keep their traditions when the jews began to make as set of compromises, one of which was I think they named quite a few of their new borns (con

  • And do you realize that there are only "black only" things because blacks were excluded from using white faciltiies legally for hundreds of years, and still are due to de facto laws that discriminate economically/culturally?

  • Very good young man!!! It is great that you did your homework and you articulated your views and understanding of the situation in a very mature manner. I am proud of you. I am a teacher and I know that it is your generation that understand fairness and justice much more than the generations before you.

  • No, everyone is so quick to label everyone a racist that no one can talk about it. Its rediculous.

Why do I hear the argument that if a white person said something, it would be such and such.

If you aren't saying blatantly racists statments, they you are not a racist. Please learn to have an intelligent conversation about race before calling everyone a racist a the drop of a dime.

  • this guy is funny!

    this is all about race!!!

but if you look at all of your arguments about justification for wright, and look at it from a white prospective, you would call us white red neck crackers or something!

    ya byrd is a democrat!!!!

    you want the truth? facts?

barrack is only going to win the nomination based on his "blackness"

  • Your comment doesn't surprise me. Why in the world would someone need to preach about lifting up the WHITE community, or preaching from a white perspective, this country does that already since it's 73.9% white, and most policies are catered towards Caucasians since they have wealth and are the majority. Now can you tell me what is so bad about the black community wanting to lift each other up since we've had to struggle for so damn long against de facto and de jure policies that have (cont)

  • so we should have a "black" minority represent the majority of whites?

  • Um no we should have a black minority represent policies that are directed towards them.

  • Worked against our interests. I know you will probably bring up programs such as affirmitive action and welfare, but again you need to remember these programs have helped mostly single white women rather than people of color. Tell me why don't Jewish people catch flack for helping their communities? Or people of Asian descent who come over and get help from people who are settled here already in order to better their communities? Also will you condemn the irish, italians, and poles for coming

  • Together when they first came over here, using and using a combination of neighborhood investment and machine politics (Which ironically black people couldn't vote during this time) in order to better their communities so that their descendants have what they have today? Also yes Robert Byrd is a democrat, what's your point?White America has still forgiven him for being a member of the klan trying to keep black people from voting, and using racial slurs on national television only a few yrs ago

  • Yet ironically you have these figures such who i mentioned such as sharpton, jackson, and farakhan who get painted as "black racists" because they speak out against a system that they don't believe in. As I have my dislikes of these people just because sharpton, and jackson work in their own self interest rather than for the black community, and farakhan has devoted so much of his life to burning bridges with the asanaski jewish community, rather than trying to work together (cont)

  • Although farakhan earlier this year has promised to try and change and work with all men, they have still dont a great deal for the black community which i even mentioned in my video. No where have any of these people belonged to an organization that pushed for violence against whites, or anytype of oppression against whites. Yet again you have robert byrd a former klan member, strom thurmond a former white supremacist who devoted most of his life to segregation, and even good old (cont)

  • Roanld Reagan who made it a point to go to Philidalphia Missisipi where two civil rights workers were lynched in the 60's because of the concept of small states rights, JUST so that he could tell small states that he would give them their rights back. Yet you don't see whites all up in arms about this do you? Also it;s a slap in the face to all people of color to say that Obama will only get the nomination because of color, do you not think the fact that he is promising to work across party

  • lines, restore accountability to politicians and the policies that they pass, and address many of the needs that people have been worried about in this country WITHOUT just simply printing out new money like Hilary Clinton wants to do has anything to do with his success? Along with his consistent position on almost every issue? naw...that couldn't have anything to do with it...

  • Wasn't Jesse Jackson a Black Presidential Candidate?

  • Yes I meant to say black Nominee not canidadate lol.

  • I loved this, please continue to post your opinions on youtube!

  • I like this young black male. He is able to look at things from different perspectives and make an educated, honest conclusion. Why can't more young people be like this and not just believe everything the media tells you. Continue to increase your knowledge and understanding man.
