one of the most ridiculous plots. the movie tries to represent reality, and it fails completely. . and the sad thing is, that naive minds may watch this and think that's what's really going on. I watched this movie because the trailer gave me a different impression. The trailer proved deceiving and so is this film. Just to clarify, the caliphate existed for over 1000 years - if what crowe says is true at the beginning, then there would be no christians or jews or non-muslims alive today.
