  • @BriturTraining You're over-training your muscles and being not as productive if you do this much. Try doing 5 exercises, 3 sets of each till failure and I bet you'll see a lot more progress.

  • @sllaym yes the way it's done here it's like 90% back. it uses chest more if your arms pass the vertical position towards the legs
