Hey mate, your videos have been really useful so far. I was just wondering what sort of food to you eat to get your recommended protein intake. I've been struggling to get enough.
@BriturTraining You're over-training your muscles and being not as productive if you do this much. Try doing 5 exercises, 3 sets of each till failure and I bet you'll see a lot more progress.
