The second music used in this intro is awesome. Pure and simple!

I can't understand why people think this game is so hard....I mean, they've finally fixed the enemy re-spawning over and over and over problem, the knock-back is very small now, that sword upgrade helps you hit the enemy very easy so you won't have to duck to actually hitting them and there is no more Jaquio who moves all over the screen and shoots homing flames at you..

This game was actually pretty terrible. The first and second games were superb, but actually beating Ninja Gaiden 3 was harder than beating the last boss in Space Invaders.

actually I started with 3 first and found it more fascinating after I had played 1 and 2. 1 and 2 do not allow the player to use 'bigger' sword

@mtm0815 What made the ninja gaiden series tough in general is this:

Lets say your in one section of the game, you get hit by some big bird, then you back up a notch, then go foward again, same bird appears at the same location that the bird came out of.

It can be very frustrating. but yes, this game is very hard.

If you read the nintendo power magazine back in the good ol'days. remember about people's best accomplishments?

@mtm0815 My best accomplishment of any game has to be castlevania 4, beat the game several times If I remembered correctly without dying and the game gets harder and harder each time you beat the game.

Easy game but gets harder each time you beat it, great game.

You just have to love the creepy music in the first few seconds. The first one is a classic.  The 3rd one is so hard to finish.
