Holy Crap! My school bought a bunch of those for us students when I was in elem. school! Those bullies in the alleyway at the first cutaway were wusses! Scruff pretty much doesn't do anything at the end other than be thankful for doing the right things, it was lame even during those days, but I wish I still had that magazine.
I remember they had someone in a McGruff costume at my school but he was simply called "Saftey Pup". He had a younger looking face but the same trench coat or he wore a police uniform.
I wanna know what happens!!!
