Had someone near Prague, Europe not discovered that early vaccines were contaminated with 2 viruses (something which could NOT have occurred by ACCIDENT) millions would have died worldwide from the newly created & deadly virus.
Obama would have had to make decisions about quarantine for thousands of US residents in Fema camps, conveniently ready for such an outbreak.
