It's obvious, if you watch the video in slow motion @1:36-1:37. ou see the kart slightly lunge forward, as it always does when you use the shroom. And when the blue explodes behind him, you see that he still is holding his turbo. Get owned.

ok so u DIDNT dodge with a drift >.> it was a mushroom! i should no im 9999vr and 9999br <------- heh heh no hax either :P technically you can only dodge a blue shell by a drift on a bike (except a mushroom, mega mushroom, bullet bill or star) and for the bike drift(takes a while to get the right timing) =P enjoy this message

ALSO! whenever you get a powblock getting ready to strike, when it gets @ the bottom getting ready to pounce, shake the wiimote until it gets done, you will spin, BUT only once, you will also loose your item you have in stock, thats how you see ppl only spin once on the map in wi-fi connection. it is very useful too. P.S, i am always baby weegee and ima gold wheel, and @ the top of me it says Chao.

Well.. I had the COOLEST blue shell dodge ever!! It was like a Miracle. I was Daisy, in Dry Dry Ruins.. and the shell was comming, and I didn't have any item.... but then the Miracle: There was a mushroom in the floor, and I drived to it, so I could use a boost before the shell impact... and well... when I had that boost, I dodged the blue shell.... hehehehehe The video will be submited soon.
