Omg I'm so sorry. I know I endured alot when my horse had colic for one night, but if he endured that for three months... Wow. But remember, your horse had alot of courage to stay with you for three months, he must've really loved you :)
i know how u feel one day i came to the barn and heard that this horse who was in training an amazing ARAB Gelding coliced the night before wasn't at our barn long anyhow he thrashed in the stall and the barn workers came out to feed the horses and ran out SCREAMING he died while going to the animal hospital he didn't get up wouldn't get up i think and that day i came everyone was crying it was so sad :(

and unless you suffer through 3 months of constant worry and hopelessness with a cruel trgaic ending, resulting in the death of your entire world, you will probably never know, i rele do appreciate your sympathy tho =) it means the world, truley.
he got sick like really quickly. he lost a lot of weight, so much that i was gross and it hurt to look at him. i was with him the last day he was alive, out in the back pasture sitting on the grass watching him eat. mike brought him in the next day and he just fell to the ground and died. ashley came out to ride him and ran into the woods when she found out. it was so sad. everyone was crying at my barn. thats why i'm glad we're all like family

No, it ended up it was just passing through, I like jumped for joy. He's already a big part of my life and I don't know what I would do without him.
