@cisar9rs Honestly, helmets don't do alot.Many time I have said "Okay, I'll wear a helmet today to be on the safe side." and still ended up with bruised arms, legs, I lost a couple of teeth out whilst wearing one. They restrict your view, I was skating across a road I thought was empty and because I was wearing a helmet my peripheral vision was restricted so I couldn't see right of left of me. I almost got hit by a car. To be honest, how many times do you land on the back of your head anyway? :)
