@kxmode I'm sorry but WoW has been dumbed down alot. Also with cata out, its possable to 3 man him with a ret paladin given there 70k crit WoGs on others. Also, C thun was nerfed more then once, he was nerfed once when he was offfically declared unbeatable and the 2nd nerf was when BC came out, they nerfed all Vanilla bosses Hp/Attacks/Ect when BC came out. Also, not to mention, twins with 6 85's=G freaken G no longer takes skill to beat them.

And yes, WoW has become very streamlined and dumbed down you could say since Wotlk and more so in CATA and MoP isn't looking too good either.

THe point is that the more often the lazer jumps, the more dmg it causes. So the principle is that one guy runs first and takes the firts two lazers so that the other people van run in without taking the lazer and wipe the whole raid

@heellu Actually imho the reason is because you down a new boss after three or four tries. If it takes more than that people start getting antsy and possibly even ninja logging. Back in these days, it took weeks if not months to down difficult bosses like C'thun or Ragnaros, and Razorgore was known as the "guild killer" due to how notoriously difficult the fight was. So when you downed that boss who'd been cockblocking you for weeks, you cheered like hell.

Will bring it to a lvl where you can go through without wiping 5 times on each boss. 1 wipe or so on each maybe 2 is okay, as it forces people to think. But with a new healer or new tank it isn't easy to clear a Hc dungeon just like that. Many people are used to, healers covering for the failures of DPS & tanks... Some people still haven't figured that out yet which eventually results in the healer is getting kicked because the dps & tank fail.

Its not about who's hardest, its about AI, tactics, phases. This boss was 40 man, it had super eyebeam of death from the get go, Tendrils that had to be tanked and swallowed people into a stomach where then members needed to fight in a different level, plus looks creepy and badass and the voice over the boss oooOOoooo

It really isnt.. take into account it took Paragon weeks to kill him on 25 hc after he was released, the amount of guilds that have killed him now as a percentage of total guilds (1.09%), the fact that this was all with a 5%+ damage buff, and finally that C'Thun was killed in a matter of hours after his impossible bug was fixed. Going to have to disagree with LK Heroic being "easyfest"
