@AM8080AIMCOM Nope, the best. Timmy got the titles but that has more to do with his team being great. It's easy to look awesome with Manu, Parker, Robinson and Horry. Much more difficult to do it with Charles Shackleford, Derek Anderson and Manute Bol.

If I'd have to pick either Duncan or Barkley to win a 7 game series, there is no way I'm picking Timmy, especially the way he sometimes disappears in big playoff games (like the Detroit series that Horry saved).

Both Jordan and Barkley are right at 6'5"--The olympic teams list actual heights of players. I went to Auburn with Chuck and I'm 6'4" and he appeared to be the same height as myself-It is impressive that when it comes to points, rebounds and assist it is Wilt, Kareem, Moses, and Chuck. Barkley was one of the most dominating inside players I've even seen!

This is the Charles Barkley I remember, HE WAS RELENTLESS, just raking the offensive boards. I'm still amazed at HOW A 6'4" FRONTCOURT PLAYER COULD GET HIS SHOT OFF N THE PAINT AGAINST AN ATHLETIC BIG FORWARD LIKE HORACE GRANT WHO WAS 6'10"! I have alot of respect for Gary Payton. Clutch Player and probably the Best Defensive PG sicne Walt Fraizer. Karl was good, great fitness but not very versatile as a player nor in the offensive caliber as Barkley and McHale. Got better with age after he developed a nice jumper ala Patrick Ewing in the mid 90s. Did not perform well in a slow paced game where he had to design more of his shooting on his own or the clutch but still nothing like a Malone and Stockton fast Break or Pick and Roll :)

Dude, I remember watching that game on my little bedroom TV. The only member of the Big Three who really gave Charles serious problems issues was McHale, who was freakishly gifted in a totally different way. And that was just a defensive issue. Neither guy could guard the other. Charles was too strong for Parish and too quick for Bird defensively. Bird, well, I still think he's the best forward ever, but he couldn't face up Charles or beat him on the boards.

Check put the game in my favorites. Yes, poor Chuck he had to do everything. Bird was obviously to slow and weak physically to stop Chuck but also Bark hated when Bird left the post to shoot or to throuh a beutiful pass to McHale and Parish. McHale was the hardest job for Chuck because Bird would spot him loose and then Chuck could not stop him in the post but when McHale faced Chuck, he could force him out. And yes McHale could not stop Barkley: too fast, strong, skilled, off the dribble etc

Barkley made an asoume block on Jordan that game. CENTER-like and they called it Goal Tending when it wasnt (Favoring Stern`s Most Prized Puppet=. I have the whole game, Barkley had 42 points (72% FG), 16 rebounds (11 offensive rebounds), 2 assits, 2 steals and 1 block (should have been 2 blocks!)

Pippen was in another level compared to KJ as he prooved in 1994 after Jordan left to Play Baseball he took the Bulls to just 2 wins less than the year with MJ and to battle Game 7 of the E. that was impressive by pippen in 1994 but i dont feel surprise that the bulls could win 55 without MJ. the bulls is a real champion with MJ, a playoff contender team without MJ. i think the knick and the bulls is about the same level team in 1991-1993, bulls was a little better due to MJ. The year in 1995. i remember the bulls record is barely around 50% winning which showed the bulls had been descending led by pippen before MJ rejoined them with 18 games left.

I mean Kareem and Hakeem where more Skilled and Versetaile than Wilt and Shaq but Wilt and Shaq where more Dominating and Onstoppable Offensively.
