check them from youtube has literally no delay when hitting the pads. works fine for me i also tried this program but aha didnt work for me at all. so i found a program with much less delay literally none.

when you download it, right click on it and go to properties then compatibility and then click windows service pack2 try that

Yes, you have to download the free PS3 controller driver. You can get that with any search engine. WORKS GREAT!!

Ok.....I don't have Genuine Windows,(or atleast thats what microsoft says) so it wont let me get the dll....

Tutorial On How to Get The DLL even If It Says You Don't Have Genuine Windows:

1st: Open up Internet

2nd: Go to Google.

3rd: Search August 2008 DirectX.c

4th: Go to the 1st link.

5th: Download.

I haven't tested it yet, it is still downloading the setup at the moment but i hope it helps.

Yes, you have to download PS3 controller driver so it knows what is plugged in.

I used a prog like this way back when when this thing came out, problem was the lag time was MASSIVE. No possible way to keep timing.
