  • ive been training for 27 years.ive trained with jim schmitz,tommy kono,charles glass,louie simmons and several others.your form is good,your tempo is excellent.your definatel not fat and your future weights will increase dramatically i all variable remain.1 small suggestion;try 5x5 from the bottom position.great job.

  • k im 14 and i can benchpress 320 lb in 3 reps but the real challenge is to do it in sets of 15 reps.if he tried doing tht 15 times.....the spotter behind him would be getting a workout lifting the weights off of his friends broken rib cage
