No, he doesn't. Considering it's a Valve Map, he has to have them. Also, it's just a random texture bug that can happen when you Alt+Tab every once and a while.

on dustbowl skywalking at 1:12 skywalking isnt patched its different now you have to roof jump dispenser and teleporter not just teleporter because theyve only patched that you cant build on there any more
