If it says '0' left it means your phone is in hard locked mode.

You need to reset it with a special software called Blackberry MFI_Multiloader.

If you still have a warranty then replace it and if not then you have to find a place like 'cell repair store', they should be able to help you to reset the phone back to 10 attempts.
