I live without TV and radio and only occasionally look at YouTube. I live in the boonies. I actually like that home recording his father did better than the other performances. He's more than just a great voice--he's got HEART--and boy does it shine when he sings! Thanks David for helping me "Be Still My Soul" tonight.

FYI, this is one of the most significant songs in the history of FINLAND, in Northern Europe, quite close to a national anthem. David sings it quite nicely, but just think of a choir version of 150 singers.....The independence day of Finland is the Dec 6, and this song is sung everywhere that day. :)

David is a living Angel of God, he brings a smile to my heart every day. He has lessened my burden each day since I lost my husband, we both loved David so much. God will lift you higher and higher David and you continue to makes us all so proud.

This is one of my favorite songs, I've seen the fireside video but this is the first time I have seen this one, wow amazing. I wonder how many of you know the original tune? It´s Finlandia by Jean Sibelius (1899). Nothing to do with god but instead lots to do with a small nation that struggled to stay Finnish and not to become Russian.

You can youtube Jean Sibelius - Finlandia and find that gorgeous old arrangement. It's really neat, actually. God bless.

This is one of my favorite songs, I've seen the fireside video but this is the first time I have seen this one, wow amazing. I felt a burning fire inside me literally as if he touched my soul through the song. This is the true David right here. He is great at all songs but I think David was born to sing hymns. He has helped me with this song and I know he is helping thousands of others. This is what music is all about. God bless him.

I was not a big fan of David Archuleta before but after hearing him going to this concert and listening to him live, I am now a big fan. I was really impressed by him. This boy has a wonderful gift and is sharing it with the world. You can just tell that he is a genuine person and the fame has not gotten into his head.
