Your videos have really solidified my desire to come to Berklee. I now have my audition set up, as well as the Guitar Sessions for this summer. Thank you very much for your knowledge and I hope to meet you soon.
@GypsyRelic Well that's awesome! I've wanted to attend Berklee since I'm 11 yrs old & I always want to re-attend when I watch their promotional videos! It's been a fantastic, exciting environment for me teaching there 26 yrs. So by all means, say 'ello to me this summer, I'll be teaching guitar sessions & look forward to meeting you too.
@laurenpass Berklee truly seems like the right environment for me. For a while I thought about going to UNT, but I really want to stretch out to a more international level school. I am very excited to be a part of such a great community. What genre will you be working in for the Guitar Sessions? Or do the professors switch off?
It may be interesting to try new tunings impossible on any other instrument ie... Drop octave E raised Octave F etc etc then change tunings during songs even during riffs then things get crazy! making other guitars obsolete! Well.........maybe!
i am worried because i live in the carribean...the heat and weather are issues for me...so thats why i was skeptible..but i do alot of different kinds of music...check out the vids...i do have a lot of guitars too,,,line 6 can solve my problems...thanks ms pass.
do u have msn or yahoo?
i would like some knowledge about songwriting as well
I live in the NE of the US & the winter dryness & summer humidity extremes would be awful for instruments without a humidifier & dehumidifier. I keep it 50% - 70% humidity for me & my guitars. The line 6 guitars are quite stable. I'm sure they'll be fine in the Caribbean if you control the humidity & temperatures. I have song writing clinics on you tube and I have a new blog called Pass Words that gets into the creative process too.
Definitely! I have the acoustic variax & now the 600 electric variax & they're extremely helpful to me for live shows & writing. Line 6 just gets better all the time. The guitars feel great as guitars & then they do all these cool things besides.
