I can give you one too, to mute the Bells faster:

When you hold the Sligh Bell upright, turn every singel Bell so that the Slots in the Bells are exactly vertical.

At the End of every Slot is a round Hole, and thats the Trick ;)

When you stop Jingeling now the little Balls stuck in these Holes und you have Silance.

You can eaven move it now with no Noise

I use an smal Umbrella-Holder to store my Sligh Bell in an upright Position.
