I grew up boxing and have had 3 compression fractures in my right hand. They hurt like hell, but aren't clean breaks.
Take the Pacioretty injury- It was a fracture, not a broken neck as reported to sell more newspapers. If Patches injury was a clean break, he'd be PARALYZED OR DEAD, not still playing hockey.

It's a stupid argument. Also, the rule that Rome was suspended for was a hit where the principle point of contact was the head. That wasn't the case in the Chara hit dummy. Apples and oranges.

Savard is a huge joke and exemplifies this the most. Lucic is just hot under the skin and at least fights people his size, or bigger.

savard didnt pick fights, but was always the first one to stand up for a team-mate, no matter the situation. Even after they let him down on the cooke incident. all this while not only not being a fighter, but being the team's #1 center. when was the last time scott gomez or plekanec got their hands dirty for their team?

@Followtheleader20 9 times outta 10 lucic prolly kills him regardless. But still, very cheap on lucic part. I was a hug fan of him until this year. He threw a lot of sucker punches in the playoffs alone. I thought the 1 on hedman was absolutely a suspendable offense. Unfortunately in the NHL, u dont see suspension unless the other guy is knocked out or carried off on a stretcher.....lucic vs spiller is another example of him doing this. He's a great player, but hes def a cheap hot head too

We in Boston can't stand him either (Jack Edwards) all the Boston sports radio guys rag on him alot, and some of it is halarious. He (edwards) is trying to make a name for himself, but it's backfired to the point, that he's just a joke. The color commentator that works along side him, can't get a word in, he's really good and knows his stuff.

i like the the commentators assumer brown threw a sucker punch but then on the repplay have to take back that comments. The were both ready and brown clocked lucic then slipped. It was a fair fight pucic was just mad he got tagged. Very cheap on his part
