My first Twins game happened on the Sunday after Kirby retired. Saw him on the news Sat night, then front page on Sun morning.

It made be cry when I saw it on tv, and it still does.

I remember seeing nearly his entire career. I was at his funeral in the dome, and I was at games 162 AND the extra 163rd game. Together those two games were some of the best ever but none compared to World Series Game 6! RIP Puck!!!

LOVE LOVE KIRBY! Will never forget my first Twins game! It was fan day and you could go on the filed and meet the players. GREAT player, GREAT man! We miss you Kirby!  Wish you were here to join in on the new ball park, we know your looking down and smiling on us! Gone, but never forgotten!
