If your kids do stuff behind your back that you ask them not to do and they have a decent amount of respect for you, they wont "indulge"...yeah, maybe they'll check it out, but won't indulge, because hopefully along with the respect of their parents, you as the parent should induce some morals as to "why" you don't want them to "do it".
