Why is disney even making a movie that was made in the 1970's and a movie that you pretty much have to watch fucked up. Sometimes sober if you can understand it. People seem to be overreacting to remakes and the fact that it'll be in CGI 3D. Don't judge a movie just because it's a remake or it's in 3D! No one knows if the remake is going to be good or not! Maybe, JUST MAYBE the remake will be good. In fact, the movie is going to be directed by Robert Zemeckis, the guy who directed Back to the Future, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and especially the Academy Award winning film for Best Picture, Best Actor, and Best DIRECTOR of 1994, Forrest Gump.

Now true, there were remakes that failed like Dragonball Evolution and The Last Airbender, but there were good remakes too, like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Peter Jackson's King Kong, and Disney's Christmas Carol. I'm confident that Disney will know better than to just screw up a great classic.

It looks too relistic but it will probably be ok. but...there is a rumour that the Jonas Brothers will be the voices of The Beatles. i personally like the IDEA of the 3d remake. if its done well and stays true to the orignal, the graphic experiance would be amazing! my only problem is disney. i dont think john would go for it. its to much of a machine and it will be overly exposed. just like with atu, some people will see this versain first and will prefer it, not even bothering with the originals.
