i used to keep my aura ( didnt know what it was until recently)

i had stopped holding in n just released it as i was v. upset with the guy next to me

afterwards i ended up feeling bad( depression n all that) i think its the guy i sat with at class for 1 whole yr(my teacher didnt change our seats)

i always thought that that guy was like a vulture( tho sometimes i think he's a chameleon cuz he turns black durin lessons, but den again he's dark for a chinese in the 1st place

Ok, something happened to me when I was 10. This may sound crazy, but I am telling the truth. I was in bed, I woke up at about 3:00 am for now reason. I woke up and I was immediately wide awake. Moments later I could not move. I felt a tingling sensation in my whole body. Then I felt a pushing sensation going through the middle of my back and then pulling out through my solar plexis. It felt like a giant snake pushing through me. Then it was gone and I could move. Anyone know what this was?

Oh, you're the person who talked about bringing in the aura tight to the skin. I was trying to find where I learned this. This actually is more effective for me than using shielding with a sphere (various colored) lights.

@shanemiro Right! I am also planning on writing a book on Psychic Attack. I have so much to say! I started suffering from Psychic Attack since I was pretty much born, and used to run myself in circles in my crib with nightmares, every night without break. At the age of 8 i received a dream guide. Then at 12 a spiritual helper. At 19, i began to under go a really horrible attack. I suffered from 19 to 30, I feel I have conqured it, now I want to help the world. I think the more teachers "GREAT".

After some time i realized that i just had to get really angry and had to fight this thing in my mind....it worked and it would let go of me. The more and more i tried i think i got better at it because after some time it stopped happening. Whats would you have to say to this? Cause i really don't know what to make out of this.

4 years ago on one night when i was asleep i felt something was sitting on me and it frightened me so i woke up mentally but i couldn't move my body, it was very terrifying. I thought that it was the end and i was gone be dragged out of my body....but after sometime i was able to get control of myself and i woke up this time physically. Then out of nowhere i feel it shake beneath my shoes, I start to see cracks whith hot lava about to poor out. I began to run up the mountain trying to get home. I sort of new where home was but I was confused. I turned to my left adn saw a humble short tree. I ran up to the being closed my eyes and asked it to tell me and help me find my way to safety. I opened my eyes and knew my way.

One more comment.. Excellent advice on grounding and Aura's.. I do this all the time as well.. This is a wonderful wonderful video.. Another good thing for grounding.. Simply go outside and run your hands through the grass.. Or if its winter.. Go outside and put your hands in the snow.. This helps me in immense ways! =)
