I think both parties are to blame. Consumers should take more responsibility, however credit card companies agressively target the vulnerable; young students and people with no financial maturity. Its like dangling drugs infront of a crack ho. Who's at fault here? Is it the pusher who actively waves the drugs under the nose of the ho? If no person, business, or the Government Borrowed money from Bankers. Then the money in circulation would dry up as it goes to pay interest, anyone in debt would have the home/property repossessed and would become property of the bankers and then there is would no money. Yes that is correct and yes I got Pre approved for a 100k loan for a condo with zero downpayment. It's at less than 5.5% fixed for 30 yrs.
