lolz its smaller i took one today but bad news is that a passed it to soon i think witch would suck because im not going to take it again. pill isnt so bad its the Xlax that sucks

That is huge. Surely they can make it smaller. What if it obstructs? Why don't they just take off that those cutters from the endoscopic thingy.
