Dont knock it till ya try it. Using a 4" Bilge Blower will kill out your V8 engine at Idle so I'd say thats some serious air flow. Worked for me in my 08 f-250 with Bullydog tuner set at Premium and the elecric blower I added 75hp and 8 mpg in fuel savings. Haters know nothing!
@300Z31 Ah no your wrong, Because if that was the case then the alternator or battery or both are crap. which is not the case, thats why turbo engines dont produce much if any boost at idle.
@300Z31 Power draw with this thing is only a few amps. Besides in a short burst power will come off the battery. If you have a good battery it can handle a power draw of over 100 amps for over a minute. I know that for a fact because I have tested my own electric turbo at 150 amps. Also at WOT your alternator will be at full speed hopefully putting out a higher charge to compensate for the increased amperage load. So if you have a deep cycle battery you should be good.
@omega3677 Even if the draw of current isn't enough to kill the battery, and you use it at WOT...2psi? Seriously? That could even be a faulty boost gauge. I've seen digital boost gauges read 1psi on an NA car.

In the semiconductor business many machines utilize electric superchargers, however they are in similar size to a standard roots style supercharger. But to create the PSI needed they use a electric motor about the same same and even larger than most electric motors in hybrids and electric cars. This is theory could work on a small engine (and i mean small) i.e 90-250cc. This is just another Ebay bs part.

Ya i was given one of these electric super chargers to install on my stock honda civic for promotional reasons and i didn't notice a difference. It just sounded a little cooler when i revved it. They just don't produce enough pressure. But I took it off my civiv and installed it on a 250cc atv and it made a big difference. These electric superchargers have the right idea, but just not enough power for a car sized engine. But if you have a scooter you want supercharged, these are for you.

Was the other V6 Stang fully stock? I find it hard to believe that an AUTOMATIC V6 Stang pulled that hard on another, because I have a 2000 V6 with a 5-speed, LT headers, cold air intake, full exhaust with cats deleted, and a Stage 2 clutch. What else is done to yours besides the E-charger? Obviously that isn't stock exhaust I'm hearing....

Yep. Too bad that's a boat blower, available at any marine supply shop for less than $50.
Now for a little science on what you put on your car- that boat blower moves the air through it at roughly 20mph, and doesn't have the power to provide any boost. Ram air intake would move the air as fast as you were driving (we'll say 45mph) and give you a half psi or so. Obviously, for less money than you wasted on the boat accessory, you should have gone with ram air.
on the real, the ESC's are horrible. dont even give u extra HP....gayy video. u probably know the ppl in the other stang and the weak dakota. its all bs
1. He's making do with what he has, I'd buy an auto too if I needed it but I don't because i live in a smaller city where city driving isn't as retarded and slow
2. ESC's are not, they're great. They just need a bit more R&D and engineering/support, they're new to the boost game. They haven't been around nearly as long as superchargers and turbo's.
the problem with this concept is that the plastic in it cannot handle the correct RPMs to give you any power gains...and is in fact making your car lose power..this has been dyno proven...and on no mustang forum im either on or mod will say that they work....because they don't...and i hate to tell people who wasted their cash....so they should try to re-sale it to a honda kid with no sense
this video is made of fail....you know that it's been proven that electric SC's actual constrict airflow due to the fact that the empellars (not spelled correct at all) cannot force air fast enough...makeing them a useless add one that causes less HP then it could gain....sry....i drive a mustang and this vid is a disgrace

Was the other V6 Stang fully stock? I find it hard to believe that an AUTOMATIC V6 Stang pulled that hard on another, because I have a 2000 V6 with a 5-speed, LT headers, cold air intake, full exhaust with cats deleted, and a Stage 2 clutch. What else is done to yours besides the E-charger? Obviously that isn't stock exhaust I'm hearing....

Yep. Too bad that's a boat blower, available at any marine supply shop for less than $50.
Now for a little science on what you put on your car- that boat blower moves the air through it at roughly 20mph, and doesn't have the power to provide any boost. Ram air intake would move the air as fast as you were driving (we'll say 45mph) and give you a half psi or so. Obviously, for less money than you wasted on the boat accessory, you should have gone with ram air.

2. ESC's are not, they're great. They just need a bit more R&D and engineering/support, they're new to the boost game. They haven't been around nearly as long as superchargers and turbo's.

the problem with this concept is that the plastic in it cannot handle the correct RPMs to give you any power gains...and is in fact making your car lose power..this has been dyno proven...and on no mustang forum im either on or mod will say that they work....because they don't...and i hate to tell people who wasted their cash....so they should try to re-sale it to a honda kid with no sense
