@streettitanz You deserve my respect just as much. You and your soldiers fought bravely and stood your ground when others would have fled. I must say our duel has been the most exciting battle I've been in for a long time. A shame the historian will never remember it most likely. I have come to enjoy our little spars. Whenever the end comes I will be sad that this is over. Perhaps for the next few hours we can "forget" to fight while recovering the dead.

During the day when the sun was high, the ponies of Equestria would play, laugh, and adore the sun( and in turn adore Celestia) But as night came, everypony would head indoors to sleep till the sun was once again in the sky. I was a supporter of the NLR once, but since then I have thought long about what each ruler is truly like. One must consider history: a thousand years of peaceful rule under Celestia, as well as an undetermined length before that alongside Luna, compared to Luna's two attempted coups? Even with her successful co-rule with Celestia, her treasons over a millennia have shown what can truly be expected from a lunar "republic".
