Fail. Happened to my dad also once when he was working at a fish farm and I was there as well. I told him that the crane could only lift that much but he said he got everything under control and lifted 10 tonn too much and the whole damn crane ripped itself off the ship and feel in the ocean. And the crane was operated wireless and no one was hurt...
