Banks are already regulated by the government, it's called the federal reserve dipshit. The congress manages the money supply while the federal reserve set the monetary policies for the banks.
By the way, 13,15,15, and 19th amendments were chartered and ratified by republicans.

Inorder for the federal reserve to print money it has to be approved by the congress. The congress manages the money supply by the congressional budget office.
The federal reserve set monetary policies with the executive approval by the president.

As I tried to explain, I'M conservative on most issues.
And yes, everything I've said has been a generalization (hence terms like "in general," "I'm talking in GENERAL terms," etc.) I never said or implied that most Republicans or conservatives are racist. (I have a white conservative friend who dates black women exclusively.)
But my main point stands: you are MORE LIKELY to find racist attitudes among self-described Republicans or conservatives than among self-described Democrats or liberals.

There is some sociological research to back me up, but I admit that my evidence is primarily observational.
It is my conclusion that liberals, on the whole, tend to be less likely to hold views in which one race is superior to another. Of course that doesn't imply that no liberals are racist or that all conservatives are.
I'd also argue, for example, that liberals are more likely to abuse the social welfare system, while conservatives feel more strongly about being self-sufficient.
