I usually go through and do all the looping of the music before I release something. Since I tend to change the music in my game often, so I wait until later for what I settle on. So no worries, that'll be fixed before anything playable goes out.

I have a few small gripes, but I'll post the ones that don't regard your battle system here, as they pertain mostly to things that are not directly dealing with your battle system.
First, your music. I am sure this is liable to change, but that it fades out and starts again is a bit jarring and pulls you out of the game. I was actually quite distracted for a moment when that happened, and you might want to fix it.
